Welcome from the OTV Board
You have chosen to live in one of the more delightful areas of Alexandria. Old Town Village is a multi-faceted development consisting of courtyard houses and townhouses. The community’s developer, Eakin Yougentob Associates (EYA), has received major awards and were honored for Old Town Village nationally in the categories of: design and planning, national sales and marketing, and were recognized regionally for the finest for family living.
The development is mutually managed by a residents homeowners' Board of Directors which represents Old Town Village Owners' Association (OTVOA) and Legum & Norman. The homeowners run the community through committees comprised of volunteers. The committees are: Architectural Review Board (ARB); Activities; Communications; Community Safety; Grounds and Services; and the Management committee. The association also received the 2002 "Community of the Year" award from the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Associations Institute for demonstration of all facets of community association operations.

Sign Up for Direct Debit of Association Dues Make paying your monthly association dues easy and convenient. Access the form to sign up and never miss a payment.
Vehicle Registration Access the vehicle registration form. Be sure to register your car(s) as soon as possible. Detailed information about registration and decals can be found on the Community Safety Committee page of the OTV website.
Parking Policy Parking is limited and everyone is encouraged to park vehicles in their garage. View the Community Safety Committee page of the OTV website for information on resident and visitor parking areas, Guest Parking Passes, parking enforcement, and towing policies.
Garbage Collection Trash is picked up on Monday and Thursday mornings. City ordinance requires garbage containers be put away by 6 p.m. on collection days.
Recycling Collection Recycling pick up is Friday mornings. City ordinance requires recycling containers be put away by 6 p.m. on collection days.
Pet Policy If you have pets, please review the association pet policies and take particular note of the areas in which pets may eliminate. Access the form to register your pet. Lastly, please be considerate and clean up after your pet!
