Pet Policy

Pets must be on a leash and under control by an individual in public areas (defined as those areas beyond the owner's doorstep).

Pets may urinate and defecate on the mulched or grassy areas between the sidewalk and the street, specifically on Payne Street, Henry Street, Wilkes Street, and Fayette Street provided that owners pick up waste immediately.

Pets may not urinate or defecate in
mulched areas directly adjacent to homes. May not urinate on common grassy areas or on homeowners lawns; however, the Board of Directors recognizes that “accidents” may happen. If an accident occurs and the pet urinates on a common grassy area, the owner is responsible for irrigating the area to prevent "brown spots."

Pets are never allowed on the Tot Lot.
