Pool and Spa Rules

The pool and spa are not for rent and may not be used in conjunction with any reserved activity.

Residents must sign-in and sign-out on the sheet provided at the lifeguard station.
Residents shall also sign in all their guests. Legum and Norman has provided passes to all residents for their guests. Guests shall display the pass to the lifeguard to obtain entry to the pool.

Access to the pool and spa is controlled. A resident's serial numbered magnetic card
allows access to and use of these facilities.

Residents, and their guests, may use these facilities on condition they abide by the rules
and only when the pool operator is on duty.

Children age 12 and under shall be accompanied by an adult (age 21 or more) in the pool
or spa at all times.

All users of the pool should shower before entering the water of the pool or the spa.

Everyone within the pool and spa areas must follow the instructions of the lifeguard on
duty. The lifeguard is charged to uphold safety and health requirements and prudent standards of conduct.

People with bandages, open sores, infections, or inflamed eyes are not to go into the pool
or spa. Spitting and similar, non-hygienic actions, and running, pushing, and rough play are not permitted. Children who are not completely toilet trained must wear cloth diapers with tightly-fitting plastic pants or “swim diapers” to protect the pool from contamination.

Running, pushing, rough play, and diving are not permitted.

Kick-boards, small flotation devices, and toys may be allowed in the pool depending on
the density and age range of swimmers at the discretion of the lifeguard.

Playpens and wheeled vehicles, except wheelchairs and strollers, are not permitted in the
pool or spa areas.
