OTV Plantings
Annuals and Perennials Plantings
There is no need to apply to the ARB for approval to plant any annuals or perennials in property owner's planting beds or on Association-owned property immediately adjacent to property owner's lot. Owners should consult with their local landscaping company or garden center for suggestions about plantings that thrive in our geographic region.
Trees
The planting of or removal of all trees requires ARB approval.
Fruits and Vegetables
Fruits, vegetables, and bamboo are not to be planted on Association-owned property. However, these plants may be planted on property owner's lot when not visible from ground level of other homes and Association-owned property.
